| 'WJ' Cast Steel Globe Valve to BS - 5160 / DIN 2401, PN-40, Straight or Right Angle Pattern , 13% Cr SS (AISI 410) Trim, Outside Screw and Yoke Type, Bolted Bonnet Integral flanges as per BS -4504 Part I Table 40/1/ DIN 2545 PN-40. Raised Face. Body Tested to 60 Bar Gauge and Seat and Back Seat to 40 BAr Gauge Hydraulic Pressure. |

Stream lined full flow area is provided in the body to minimise pressure drop. |

Bolted self aligning two piece gland. |

Renewable S.S. 13% Cr. (AISI- 410) body seat ring and disc facing ring have at least 50 H.B. difference in hardness. |

Provision of back seat to facilitate on line replacement of gland packing under pressure when valve is full open. |

Ample depth of stuffing box. |
6) |
Sturdy hand wheel is provided for operation. |

| TESTING AND CERTIFICATIZON : |
| All valves tested at double the max. working pressure. Each valve is supplied with IBR Test Certificate in Form III - C issued by The Director of Boilers, Punjab. |
