DESERIPTION
'WJ' Cast Steel Globe Valve to BS - 1414 - 1975 Outside Screw and Yoke Type, Bolted Bonnet, 13% Cr. S.S. (AISI-410) Trim, Solid Wedge Disc, Flanges as per BS- 1560/ANSI -B 16.5. Raised Face as per BS-1560/ ANSI - B 16.5. Raised Face are manufactured in CI. 150 and CI.300
WJ VALVES AND BOILER MOUNTINGS
These valves have vide applications for high temperature & pressure pipe lines and are specially for oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Power Stations & other Industrial Plants.
SALIENT FEATURES :
1)
 Stream lined full flow area is provided in the body to minimise pressure drop.
2)
 Renewable 13% Cr S.S. (AISI- 410) body seat ring and disc facing ring have at least 50 H.B. difference in hardness.
3)
 Bolted self aligning two piece gland.
4)
 Back seat provision is provided is provided to facilitate on line repalcement of gland packing under pressure when valve is full open.
5)
 Ample depth of stuffing box.
6)
 Sturdy hand wheel is provided for operation of valve.
TESTING AND CERTIFICATIZON :
If required these valves can be supplied with IBR Test Certificate in Form III - C issued by The Director of Boilers, Panjab.
